Fitna Released on Internet

UPDATE: The actual Fitna has now finally and really been released. You can view it here. Counting 10, 9, 8....--------------------------
Yesterday, I was discussing Geeter Wilders' Fitna, and why, even though no one had seen it , the movie was causing the Islamists to riot, make bomb threats and so on, while European governments peed their pants.
It was suppose to be released on a web site hosted by Network Solutions. But they got scared and suspended the site.
Fitna was released on the Internet about twelve hours ago (or at least a movie that purports to be it).You can view it on Youtube here: Fitna Movie
You can possibly view Fitna in its entirety on this website, but I have not been able to get through. (Nope--the appeasers of the jihad got to it).
On Youtube It is cut into twelve parts, so I am not going to bother embedding them, since probably it will fall victim to the Dhimmitude Tsunami and the long blade of Islam. If I can get a source copy, I will try and post it here.
Yep, it is gone. And Google/Youtube gets today's Chicken Shit of the Day Award, along with a hearty slap on the back for their efforts in promoting the free exchange of ideas.I suppose we will never know how the movie violated Google/YouTube's terms of use. I watched a good part of it, before being rudely interrupted, and it had several academians discussing Islam (though there was a clip of a fellow about to get his head sliced off in Iraq, but it cut away before the finale). But in general, if the subject was not so important, I would have found it quite boring.
The last movie, sort of like this, to be produced in the Netherlands, was Submission by Theo Van Gogh.
It was based upon a script by Ayaan Hirsi Ali.You can view it here: Submission.
Van Gogh was brutally murdered by one of the Holy Warriors, and the Dutch government forced Ayaan Hirsi Ali to resign her seat in Parliament, and flee the country. She is currently in the United States.
In the meantime some of the cream of Dutch intelligentsia has organized an effort to offer their apologies to the deeply hurt Muslims. They will be attempting to bury Fitna by posting numerous hilarious videos, in which they tell the thugs how very very sorry they are, and ask that they please don't hurt them.
Such as this one:
It is good they get such a kick out of all this.
And it is certainly a warm tribute to Theo Van Gogh.

P.S.--By the way, I actually think the pretend Fitna, which was released for a few hours on YouTube, is better than the real thing. The latter is full of troubling sensationalist images, but the former was aimed for the brain--which is where the discussion should be at, and is a place where the Islamists never want to go.

hey Becky,
I'm sure this will continue to be hard to find. Your best bet is probably through bittorrent. (hopefully you know what that is).
Still, doing a search for the torrent could be hard if Google is blocking those as well.
I did a quick search just now to see if I could find you some good links, but so far the 3 I found were to "fakes".
You can't stop bittorrent, so I'm sure it will get out there... eventually!

Islam is no more intolerant or misogynistic than your religion.
Becky:
I'm just a random surfer, stumbling across your blog, and I have to say, it's amazing! I just spent twenty minutes reading down to the bottom of the page...
Thanks for writing so well; I absolutely agree with you about Reason and Free Speech.
"You can choose a ready guide in some celestial voice.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
You can choose from phantom fears and kindness that can kill
I will choose a path that's clear
I will choose free will."

Tolerance is not about liking or agreeing with something. But simply to put up with it. Catholics (just as an example) can protest an abortion clinic, or have interest groups to champion their causes or whatever. But no one side of the argument is stifled in the US. Freedom is the most important thing. Tolerance is essential for keeping the balance. It really bugs me when western powers cave to the arab street on one of the core issues of their society--free speech.
