The blog points out that America patents hundreds of thousands of inventions a year whereas the entire Muslim world has only a handful in its entire history.

But I have to disagree. There are many, many creative inventions in Islam, but they are unrecorded because most simply do not apply for a patent.
For instance, there is the very clever and portable Microsoft customer-service-center made from an old scissor sharpening platform. [Note. this is a Pakistani customer service rep not a Hindu]
Then there is the "Here's a toast to Saddam" instant urinal invented by Iraqis just for use by US troops.
Who can forget that great innovation by the Saudis to put parking spaces for camels at the airport to detect terrorists? It would work in America as well.
Very few Americans even know that Mohammed had anticipated that many Anglo-saxons would not understand Arabic and made an English translation of the Quran 1300 years ago!!

Islam spreads its hatred using the very tools and technology that they never created, will never create, and have no interest in creating. After Arabs invented the concept of zero (with the help of the Hindus) - they went on to create precisely that: zero.
They pray 5 times a day. What for? They have nothing but their Honor. And since it is their only possession they are willing to kill you over it for any presumed slight. They will kill their own wives and daughters for any insult to it. They would destroy the whole of Western Culture and Civilization for 'Honor' even though they do not understand how the world came to be the way it is and what environment is necessary for creative genius to flourish. Their religion has kept them in the same dark ages from which it sprang.
As an excuse of why they are so backward they blame everyone and everything but the Quran. They blame the Crusades on Christianity, the destruction of the Great Ottoman Empire on Europe and the United States, and the vast, barren desert sands of Arabia on Zionists who stole the only garden and oasis in the entire Middle East. If Israel is a football, Pan-Arabia/Islam is the stadium; but their honor cannot stand this theft of so much land from their hegemony.

- hi there, i have been reading your blog for quite some time now and i totally agree with most of the stuff you have written in here..but i would just like to inform you about India a little bit, this is in reference to the Microsoft customer-service-center picture you posted on the Blog. i do not know why this has been included in reference to the inventions by the Arab World. India is predominantly a Hindu country but you would find people from all the known religions of the world including the 13 % Muslims and very few Jews. the general sentiment towards muslims amongest all the indians except muslims is pretty much the same as it is here in the west, and we have been experiencing the problems west is facing now , for a very long time. i just want you to be able to differentiate from Indians and the extremist islamists!! we have the most no. of muslims after Indonesia in the world and till now not even one of the Indian Muslim has been named as an international terrorist, as they are quite busy causing chaos in India itself!! but on the whole the community is more peaceful than their counterparts in Pakistan or Arab World. cheers!! - Yeah, I recommend the writer check the facts first as India has nothing to do with the muslims radicals. Although I agree with the main article in general, I think this collection of pictures is just bad taste. Not funny at all (Even if the Indian photo is excluded).
