I have no doubt that many of my readers have lost sleep over this question: "How Many Muslims Does It Take to Make a Box of Matzohs?" The answer of course is only one Muslim, provided you slice him real thin.
OK, joking aside, Muslims are not used as ingredients in the making of Matzohs. However, according to many Muslim jurists and imams, one needs a few pints of human blood, preferably the young, innocent blood of a non-Jewish child to bake matzohs. How do we know this?
Here is the money shot (2 min: 47 sec mark):
It is well-known that the Jews celebrate several holidays, one of which is the Passover, or the Matzos Holiday. I read once about a doctor who was working in a laboratory. This doctor lived with a Jewish family. One day, they said to him: "We want blood. Get us some human blood." He was confused. He didn't know what this was all about. Of course, he couldn't betray his work ethics in such a way, but he began inquiring, and he found that they were making matzos with human blood.
They eat it, believing that this brings them close to their false god, Yahweh. This caused a scandal. The same thing would happen in Damascus. As you may know, Naguib Al-Kilani wrote a book titled Blood for the Matzos of Zion. This is the best story he ever wrote. It discusses what would go on in the Jewish neighborhood of Damascus or elsewhere. They would lure a child in order to sacrifice him in the religious rite that they perform during that holiday.
As for the book Blood for the Matzos of Zion, actually the correct title is The Matzah of Zion written by the Syrian Defense Minister, Mustafa Tlass, in 1983, which is a treatment of the Damascus affair of 1840 that repeats the ancient "blood libel" that Jews use the blood of murdered non-Jews in religious rituals such as baking Matza bread.
A copy of the book (151 pages) is available in PDF here.
There is no point in mentioning the fact that for devout Jews, blood in food is not Kosher. Also, anyone that has actually tried to make Matzos using the blood of little Arab children will tell you that the Matzos come out an unsightly pink and too salty for our taste.
