13 Fake Black US Presidents

I was 27 years old in 1972 when I saw my first film (The Man) with a black US President Since then movies and TV have, for the most part, portrayed black US presidents as men with courage, fortitude, intelligence, and who are good leaders not afraid to make difficult decisions without hesitation. At the bottom of this article, I will cover the few exceptions where they are depicted as incompetent morons unsuited for the Presidency.

While President David Palmer in the hit TV series 24 acts like the kind of president we can all admire, Chris Rock in Head of State and Terry Crews in Idiocracy both act more like Barack Obama, an incompetent, inexperienced political tyro who shouldn't even have been elected dog catcher let alone President of the most powerful country in the world.

It should be noted that in many films, such as Deep Impact and 2012, disaster strikes during the reign of a black president. We see this of course during the Obama Presidency in which this country is experiencing the greatest disaster in her history, the rise of our first American dictator.
