Yesterday, in my post Sometimes the Truth Requires Waiting a Few Minutes we offered our readers an example of an autocorrect fail that taken as accurate on first reading turned out to be deadly.

Today, we'll look at 13 true-life autocorrect fails that I found to be quite hilarious and hopefully not so fatal.

Many people now realize there is no 'UNSEND' button - or as the great Persian polymath Omar Khayyam observed:

The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ,
Moves on: nor all your Piety nor Wit
Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line,
Nor all your Tears wash out a Word of it.

And so it is with the death penalty: once we execute, there is no taking back.
