This is another entry in my category of "Stupid Businesses" and certainly when it comes to idiots running a business, no one does it better than eBay. I know, how can I criticize a business that does billions of dollars of business every quarter and is the leading auction venue on the Internet? Inertia.

All over the country, little girls are crying that they want -- they need -- tickets to see their idol, a 14-year-old named Miley Cyrus (a.k.a. Hannah Montana) in concert, and from coast to coast that has pushed mommies and daddies to extreme measures.

I often get asked by friends and relatives about starting their own business. Invariably it's one of two questions:
1) What business should I go into?
2) I want to sell "X" what's the best way to do that?

Last night I waited in line in the soaking rain with about 800 other hopefuls in Union Square at Circuit City Store 3679 in New York City for one chance to win a Playstation 3 out of 100 up for grabs.

Here's the scene outside a Best Buy in SOHO, lower Manhattan early this afternoon. There are 29 squatters already hunkering down for the long wait for PS3s which won't be available for another 36 hours.

First eBay cancelled all the PS3 auctions because of fears that fraudsters would be selling pre-orders and be unable to actually deliver the item within their 30 day rule.

I paid a Mexican immigrant 50 bucks (along with a $100 deposit) to get on line early and wait a few hours at a game store to pre-order Sony's PlayStation 3.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived in Tokyo with her adopted children Maddox and Zahara in November. Jolie is expecting the couple's own child.

Welcome to my blog. I will be writing about the same things that interest me in real life: everything. I may concentrate from time to time on the threat of Islam to Western Civilization but I don't want to limit myself just to that topic. In real life I am often asked for advice, so you will see a category on that topic.
