Monika Zsibrita: Chris Rock Pellicano Extort Trial
Except for Scarlett Johansson, I'm normally not too interested in celebrity news. I like Chris Rock. I watch his show on HBO because I view it more as a strong and witty social commentary on what is wrong with blacks than simply a comedy act. I believe that the black community would do well to pay more attention to celebrities like Bill Cosby and Chris Rock than to race-baiting, cop-hating, antisemitic, bigoted self-promoters like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
But what brings me to write about Chris Rock being in court on Friday? Well, first here's what's being reported:
AM1150 News,
Chris Rock Testifies In Pellicano Extortion TrialFunny man Chris Rock was not in a joking mood Friday (April 4th), when he appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom to testify in the Anthony Pellicano extortion trial. During 15 minutes of testimony, Rock told the judge that he'd hired indicted Hollywood private investigator Anthony Pellicano to dig into a since-discredited claim from a model that Rock had fathered her baby.
Rock, who seemed irritated by having to testify, according to Reuters, said that he had hired Pellicano in 1999, but was not aware of the investigator's alleged illegal methods of obtaining information on behalf of his clients.
"Someone who was not pregnant with my child, claimed to be pregnant with my child and requested large sums of money," the comedian explained about why he had hired Pellicano.
DNA tests later proved that the child was not his.
Rock was admonished by the judge for responding "Yup" instead of "I do" during the swearing in, and warned to speak clearly.
Pellicano, who is 64, is on trial for using unscrupulous and illegal tactics -- including illegal wiretaps and bribes -- to obtain information for his celebrity clients.
What's missing from this story is, "Who is the model and what does she look like?"
The name is the easy part: Monica Zsibrita. What she looks like is the hard part - her body can kill, if you are a male. It's not only NSFW, it's NSFYH (Not Safe for your Heart) but if you are brave, click on the image of Monica Zsibrita above, you will be taken to my Flickr site where I have killer photos of her killer body.
In 1999, she made headlines when she filed a paternity suit against Chris Rock. Later she claimed he raped her. I don't buy the rape claim and there is no evidence she actually filed charges (see Pellicano story below). But she did get pregnant and perhaps really thought that the child was his. Two DNA tests confirmed that he was not the father. But because he was told that Monica was crying rape, Chris did have her investigated to try to discredit her. Eventually Monica and Chris settled the case but had the results sealed to the public.
Sadly, I never get charged with paternity suits by models. I do not know what I am doing wrong.
Monica Zsibrita was born around 1973 in Hungary; did modeling in the 80s and 90s. She met Chris Rock when he was separated from his wife Malaak Compton.
As for the dope on Pellicano, he was probably behind the rape allegations in order to get more money out of Chris:

Chris Rock likely set up by Anthony Pellicano on fake rape chargePellicano was a private investigator to the stars, including Michael Jackson, O.J. Simpson, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, who now faces charges of racketeering and illegal wiretapping. Pellicano had contacts in the telephone and police department and would regularly run background checks and tap both his clients’ and their targets’ phones. Pellicano was also known to intimidate and harass anyone who got in his way and regularly fed stories to the tabloids on his clients, only to turn around and solicit their business. He’s been in Federal prison since 2002 on an illegal weapons conviction, and is stupidly representing himself in this case.
Rock was said to be accused of raping a woman he had a date and one night stand with during a time he was estranged from his wife in 1998. The woman initially tried to pin a pregnancy on Rock and extort money from him, but when that didn’t stick and DNA tests showed he wasn’t the father, Pellicano told Rock she went to the police and claimed he raped her.
...
It was Pellicano who told Rock about the woman’s claims and thus secured his business, according to Rock’s testimony. That would meant that either Pellicano had an inside police source tell him the story, which never escalated to an actual charge against Rock because there wasn’t enough evidence, or that Pellicano fabricated the story based on dirt he knew about Rock. Rock was first a client of Pellicano’s in 1999 when the woman accused him of fathering a child, and again in 2001 when Pellicano informed him of this supposed rape charge.
