The Correct Way to Eat Cereal

In all things in life there is a correct way to do something and then there's the way your parents taught you. Since school also do not bother to teach the essentials of life, I have no doubt most people do not know the Correct way to Cook a Perfect Hard-boiled Egg or what soap is best to use.

Yes, there is a correct way to eat cereal. I'm sure I will not be able to convince you to buy the best cereal: those with the fewest ingredients. I like to buy shredded wheat simply because the single only ingredient is wheat. If you have to buy something with two or more ingredients try to keep those ingredients down to names with one or two syllables. Ingredients with names of six or more syllables cannot be natural products and I have no doubt that if ingested over time will lead to physical illness or even mental illness such as Liberalism.

It's best to add your own natural ingredients, sliced banana, raisins, dried cranberries, almond chips, strawberries, blueberries, pine nuts.

The biggest problem with cereal is that it gets soggy too quickly. So here's the solution and the correct way to eat cereal, it's quite simple: Pour the milk into a large glass and add milk to the bowl as you are consuming the cereal. Eat a few tablespoonsful and when needed, add some more milk. Of course, I only use skim-milk. If you really need all the fat, then add a dollop of butter to your cereal. I find that being an Eastern-European Jew, I am lactose intolerant, but only if I drink milk every day, so I keep my milk consumption down to once every week or two.

Sometimes if I want it really crisp, I scoop up a dry spoonful of cereal and dunk it lightly into the glass of milk. You can experiment with the process.

So stop marinating your cereal; that's for hot cereals.
