Anti-jewish cartoons and the Faked Mohammed cartoons from Planck's Constant

The Arab-European League ¹ in response to the Danish Cartoons thought that the West should get a taste of its own free-speech medicine and produced two cartoons: one denying the Holocaust ² and another showing Anne Frank in bed with Hitler, seen in the photo here (click on any images in this article for larger view). Hitler tells Anne, "Write this one in your diary Anne!"

Many bloggers have noted with interest that in response to the Danish Cartoons which used satire to tell the truth about Muslim violence, the Arab-European League used antisemitism to tell lies about Jews. Denying the Holocaust is a anti-Semitic lie. Showing Anne Frank in bed with Hitler is... I don't know what it is, but it certainly is a lie and meant only to offend. If they had any imagination and creativity they should have responded to satire with satire.

Were they hoping to provoke Jews to riot as Muslims rioted? I doubt the Anne Frank cartoon would stir the most Orthodox of Jews to run in rampage destroying Islamic buildings or stoning Muslims in the street. After all, Jews are not primitive savages like some people we know.

I don't know why they had to go out of their way to print such a mild cartoon. Usually its a Jew with horns eating the flesh of Palestinian children while the Great Satan spices up the meal with salt and pepper or like the one below:

Speaking of making up cartoons: We now know that when Danish imams went to the Middle East to discuss the issue of the cartoons with prominent Islamic scholars they distributed a booklet that showed not only the original 12 cartoons, but three fraudulent anti-Mohammed depictions that were much more offensive than the ones published in Denmark. It could be that these three bogus images are what ignited the outrage in the Muslim world. I suppose they didn't want to take a chance that the original 12 were too mild to get anyone upset.

AEL was founded and is led by Dyab Abou Jahjah, a Lebanese-born Shi'a Muslim living in Belgium who emigrated from Lebanon in 1991 to begin university studies in Belgium. In July 2006, Abou Jahjah returned to Lebanon to join the battle of the 2006 Lebanon War on the side of Hezbollah against Israel.
The AEL describes itself as Nasserite, Pan-Arabist and anti-Zionist, while it is criticized by others for being anti-semitic. The group expresses support for the actions of Islamist "resistance" against the occupation of Iraq and approves the killings of coalition soldiers.

Salon.com reports that the group issued public approvals for the September 11, 2001 attacks[5] and the organization's rallies have been reported by the Christian Science Monitor to end in chanting "jihad" and "Osama Bin Laden". However, the group's English-language website has been critical of Al-Qaeda, referring to the September 11 attacks as "horrifying" and condemning al-Qaeda for alleged terrorist acts committed in Jordan.
