Terror and Unmarriageable Muslim Men

In my previous post China's one Child Rule and unintended consequences, I wrote "By 2020, China's government predicts there will be 30 million more men than women - an unintended consequence of the strict one child policy." Responding in the comment section, David from Third World County had an ominous query: "I've wondered about that quite a lot. Is it an entirely unintended consequence? What, I wonder, might be the purpose a totalitarian, expansionist government might have for some 30 million frustrated males, hmmm? Surely not as cannon fodder in an army where quantity of troops takes on a quality all its own? Surely not."
Although David posits a scary suggestion about China militarily in the future, there already exist today hundreds of millions of frustrated, sexually-starved, unmarriageable Muslim men who can best be described as yet to be deployed IEDs.
Centuries ago, infant mortality among backward people kept the Muslim population in check. But with modern medicine and gazillions in oil revenues for better hospitals, Muslim families can be as large as 50 to 60 children. And if you are not directly in the oil pipeline almost none of the males will have any decent prospect for employment or enough wealth for a financially crippling wedding or a decent mahr (dowry) to give to the bride. So although there is no significant imbalance of males to females, Muslim mothers pop out more babies than the culture is able to economically absorb.
Indeed Nasrallah has blamed unmarriageability on Israel and the West. Here is Hizbullah Leader Hassan Nasrallah's Death to America speech aired by Al-Manar TV on February 18 and 19 (2006). I put the pertinent section in Bold:

Nothing could please Islamic nations more than having as many poor and ignorant Muslims as possible for their war on the West. Many Imams warn their flock against polio and other vaccines because the West has deliberately added drugs to make the recipients infertile and that the medicines themselves are un-Islamic.
Something has to change. Either Muslims reform their religion so it is not so barbaric and primitive or actions are taken to reduce the rate of growth of Muslims. I'm not talking about killing innocent men, women and children, although at some point they will all turn into weapons, but rather economic. We have to stop sucking on the oil teat. Terror schools or madrassas are funded with our oil purchases. Muslim immigration must be reversed. Not because we in the West are better than Muslims, no, but precisely because Muslims do not, can not, and will not accept any other culture they

- It seems that we will not stop immigration. We will stop using Middle Eastern oil before we stop the immigrants. I for one will gladly pay $5.00 a gallon for my gasoline - we'll just be in line with the rest of the world (hmmmmm...that's a daunting thought - but if we keep our tendencies to the price of gasoline, only, we might be okay). As to your topic, the unmarriageable Muslin men: since we will not stop immigration, we need to stop the men who rule these countries in the name of Allah. There are so many millions awaking each morning to dread and misery and unbearable sadness. It doesn't have to be this way, but we tell ourselves we have no right to intervene in their religious ways. The problem is, it is no longer a religion, it is a political jihad. There is not one person wanting to live in this shameful oppression, except the ones who gain the favors, the palaces, the automobiles, the schoolgirls....We just need to get the madmen in this world out of the way, and let the oil money feed the people. Oh, yes, and defund the U.N. and use that money for factories and such. There really isn't a solution, is there? The madmen just keep getting in the way :-( Maggie M. Thornton
