Centuries ago, infant mortality among backward people kept the Muslim population in check. But with modern medicine and gazillions in oil revenues for better hospitals, Muslim families can be as large as 50 to 60 children. And if you are not directly in the oil pipeline almost none of the males will have any decent prospect for employment or enough wealth for a financially crippling wedding or a decent mahr (dowry) to give to the bride. So although there is no significant imbalance of males to females, Muslim mothers pop out more babies than the culture is able to economically absorb.

Indeed Nasrallah has blamed unmarriageability on Israel and the West. Here is Hizbullah Leader Hassan Nasrallah's Death to America speech aired by Al-Manar TV on February 18 and 19 (2006). I put the pertinent section in Bold:

Nevertheless, we consider the current administration an enemy of our [Islamic] nation and of the peoples of our nation, because it has always taken a position of aggression, of occupation, and of supporting Israel with weapons, airplanes, tanks, money, as well as political support, and unlimited protection.

We consider it to be an enemy because it wants to humiliate our governments, our regimes, and our peoples. Because it is the greatest plunderer of our treasures, our oil, and our resources, while millions in our nation suffer unemployment, poverty, hunger, unmarriageability, ignorance, darkness, and so on. America… This American administration is an enemy. Our motto, which we are not afraid to repeat year after year, is: "Death to America."

Similar rants have been repeated throughout the Middle East. One can understand blaming us for their unemployment, poverty, hunger, ignorance and darkness, but unmarriageability? Couldn't a large portion of blame be squarely on their own governments and their own culture which values barbarism and ignorance above all else? So just as Farooq was ready to get married, American and Zionist Mid-East policies queered the deal, is that it?

Nothing could please Islamic nations more than having as many poor and ignorant Muslims as possible for their war on the West. Many Imams warn their flock against polio and other vaccines because the West has deliberately added drugs to make the recipients infertile and that the medicines themselves are un-Islamic.

Something has to change. Either Muslims reform their religion so it is not so barbaric and primitive or actions are taken to reduce the rate of growth of Muslims. I'm not talking about killing innocent men, women and children, although at some point they will all turn into weapons, but rather economic. We have to stop sucking on the oil teat. Terror schools or madrassas are funded with our oil purchases. Muslim immigration must be reversed. Not because we in the West are better than Muslims, no, but precisely because Muslims do not, can not, and will not accept any other culture they infest immigrate to.
