I Believe in Hillary and Obama
If one really wants to know the difference between rightwing and leftwing in this country one only has to see the reasons why either group votes the way they do.
Leftwingers will NOT vote for a Conservative candidate because they say Conservatives are lying to us, that Conservatives will say anything to get elected and so do not reveal what they really believe in. One hears it in that famous leftwing song, "Bush Lied, People Died."
On the other hand, rightwingers will NOT vote for Hillary or Obama precisely because both candidates really do believe in what they are telling us. And what they believe in should make every American afraid - very afraid.

Hillary Clinton Widens Her Lead Over Barack ObamaA month ago U.S. Senator Barack Obama was surging and it seemed possible that he would soon overtake Senator Hillary Clinton as the Democrats first choice for President in the 2008 elections. In April, he trailed Clinton by only 5 percentage points with 32 percent, compared to her 37 percent. However, a new Harris Poll finds Senator Clinton has since strengthened her position and that Senator Obama has slipped. She now leads Obama by fully 13 points -- 40 percent to 27 percent.

Do Most Whites Fib When Saying Yes to Obama?Sen. Barack Obama's run for president may show us how we deeply we hide our prejudices. In past high-profile elections, when pollsters call to ask people if they'll vote for a candidate and that candidate is black, the polls have been wrong—people say they will, but once they enter the voting booth, they don't.
