There's nothing wrong with saying that Leftists are cowardly appeasers. There's nothing incorrect about calling Barack Obama a terrorist sympathizer. There is nothing racist or bigoted in declaring that Muslims, even moderate Muslims are a threat to western civilization. Sometimes what appears to be a slur or insult is nothing more than calling a spade a spade.
