The Quran is a perfect book
You are probably wondering why I would write that the Qur'an is a perfect book; it's not me, it's that everyone believes in the Qur'an. I know, I know, you are going to object that you don't believe in the Qur'an and that millions of others also do not believe. At the present time.
But ask any Muslim and he will tell you from deep in his heart, a quote directly from his beloved book, for many the only book he has ever read, from the second Sura, 191th verse: "... kill the disbelievers wherever we find them..." Therefore, given enough time and enough local appeasers the world will in short order be filled only with Muslims. It may take a century or more but it is inevitable that the world will reach that state where there are none left who disbelieve.
Of course this is only one of many commands to slaughter the infidel.
Most Muslims believe that the Qur'an is perfect and complete and so study of other books or other subjects is superfluous and unnecessary. Everything you need to know is in the Qur'an. Every scientific discovery to date has already been revealed in the Qur'an from Human Embryonic Development to the Origin of the Universe.
"Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure," (Qur'an 61:4).
Just like a sculptor who polishes the rough edges of an imperfect marble slab and removes the unnecessary blemishes of the stone to achieve that perfect sculpture, so will Islam remove the blemish of unbelief and when the last disgusting infidel is killed or converted, on that day will the Qur'an be a perfect book.
