EU Court: Headscarf Ban in School No Violation of Rights
By Bernie on 05 Dec 2008
I avoid writing about Muslim atrocities every day; I know other bloggers like Infidels are Cool post quite a number of articles every single day regarding the slow corrosion of the West by moderate Muslims and the fast destruction of those who disagree with Islam by non-moderate Muslims. Of course no blogger alone can post details about every single act of Islamic barbarity although the blog Religion of Peace has its hands full simply listing them [12367 Muslim attacks since 9/11 as I write this].
I occasionally post an article about dhimmis in Europe acceding to petty and ridiculous Muslim demands to remove some offensive item from a school or business, but here finally we see perhaps the stirrings of a small revolt against being manipulated by Muslims:
Europe News, 4 Dec 2008, European court confirms headscarf ban in school no violation to rights
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that the expulsion of two female students from a French school for refusing to remove their headscarves does not violate their basic rights.
...
"The court also reiterates that the state may limit the freedom to manifest a religion, for example by wearing an Islamic headscarf, if the exercise of that freedom clashes with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of others, public order and public safety," the ECHR said in its ruling in the case of Dogru vs France.
Bravo, European Union. Now if only they can grow the testicular fortitude to ban Muslims altogether from Europe.
One of the public safety issues is that veils, headscarves, balaclavas, and burqas are used to hide the identity of criminals during the perpetration of their barbaric, Islamic activities.
I would say the only exception to the headscarf ban should be in the case where enough skin is showing to help identify the person as in the photo above (click on image for full NSFW view).
