Clever Free Advertising for Small Businesses

You've seen them stapled on utility poles and tacked onto grocery store bulletin boards: advertisements for residents and small local businesses offering services such as baby-sitting, house-painting, cars for sale and apartments for rent. For the beginning businessperson this is a cheap way to advertise.
Especially useful are ones that have a row of precut address & phone tearoffs such as in the photo right (circled in red) so that potential customers who do not have a pen and paper handy can take your phone number without pulling down the entire ad.
I must admit that even large businesses such as my own, utilize supermarket bulletin boards as if we were small local businesses.
I came across a rather clever way to present such tearoffs that attract more attention than the usual ones we come across. The service offered is a hair salon.
