They Hate Us for our Shopping Bags
Look Ahmed. Oh look. Look and see. See the infidel female. See the infidel female walking with the immoral and immodest shopping bag. How materialistic, corrupt, and decadent.
Only nine days after the WTC attacks, President George Bush attempted to explain why Muslims attacked us: "They hate our freedoms -- our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other." (1)
Like most Americans, Bush does not have a clue what Islam is all about. Extremist Muslims do not hate us for our freedoms. If we were a fascist dictatorship without a shred of liberty, they would still oppose us because we are the most powerful force in the world standing in the way of Islamic Supremacy over the world.
During the Soviet War in Afghanistan, Mujahideen were fighting the Soviets with aid from the Saudis, Iran, Pakistan and other Muslim countries, not because they hated Soviet freedoms, of course there are no Soviet freedoms, but because it was a chance to hone the skills of jihad against infidels
The shopping bag in the photo above represents materialism and immorality. Certainly no woman in Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan would be permitted to sport such a bag without being severely whipped and reprimanded. So you could argue that they hate us for our shopping bags. But you would be wrong.
If the woman in the photo were from a small, poor country without the power to prevent Muslim hegemony over the entire world, not a single Muslim extremist would care to send a jihadist to that country with a bomb in his shoe or in his underwear.
On the other hand, if that woman were instead wearing a full burqa in a country living under complete tyranny but with an army strong enough to prevent a new Caliphate from coming into power, you can take it to the bank that we would have the same number of terror plots against us as we do now.
Let me state it clearly: they do not hate that we are free - they hate us because we are unbelievers and they fear and despise us for our power.
Freedom has nothing to do with it.
