I'm sure my fellow bloggers have the same problem I do: tons of articles started but never finished. I began some of the posts with full gusto and then midway, blogus interruptus set in - I got distracted or another topic, more important, came up. Sometimes all that was needed was a photo, closing paragraph or footnote to complete the subject. Then there are the skeletons in my writing closet waiting only for a little fleshing out before being exposed to my reading public. There are now more than 800 non-published articles clamoring to be read.
It would be unfair of me to keep them buried forever unseen, so I decided to clean house and publish at least one every week from my archive of unread posts. In this manner, provided I do not add any more to the pile, I will have none left 16 years from now.
The photo at top was taken last summer when Sir Richard Branson held up burlesque artist Dita Von Teese on the wing of a Virgin Atlantic Airways aircraft in Las Vegas. Branson was celebrating the 10th anniversary of Virgin Atlantic Airways' non-stop flights between London and Las Vegas.
Here are more photos marking the event.

I started this article with the intention of making a point about the marketing skills of Sir Richard and then I got distracted when I began collecting photos of Ms Von Teese for a gallery, which if you do not mind NSFW images, can be found here. Then I forgot what I was going to say about marketing, advertising and sex.
