In Las Vegas This Weekend Oct 14 to 16 2011 from Planck's Constant

Well, the title says it all. Once every year Caesars Entertainment Corporation pays the airfare for my wife and me and comps us a mini-suite and all the food we can eat over a weekend (up to $500.00).

The name changed from "Harrah's Entertainment Inc." to "Caesars Entertainment Corporation" last November. At the present time Caesars is the largest gaming company in the world. Now when I gamble at Bally's, Caesars, Harrah's, or any of their other 50 casinos I can use the same game card.

I have been a Seven Star player every year since Caesars started it back in 2005. To be Seven Star you must put at least $500,000 through their slot machines or gamble big money for long hours at their table games.

Some of the advantages to being a Seven Star is that I do not have to make reservations at any of the casino restaurants, I don't wait on any lines (for taxis, for concerts, events, cashiers, etc), I check out a few hours later, and I can get a room for 52 weekends a year without charge.

For the past ten years I have been going to a Caesars owned casino in Atlantic City about 30 times a year and I go to Caesars Las Vegas at least once every year.

I will again be a Seven Star player next year - but it will be my last year as a VIP. I am expanding my gold-buying business because of the spike in gold and silver prices these past few years and so I just will not have the time to go to casinos that often.

Total Rewards is a casino loyalty program at nearly all Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah's Entertainment) locations.
Seven Stars - The highest tier, requiring 100,000 tier credits. Members are not automatically enrolled as they must be invited by their casino host. Some qualifications, aside from tier credits, include not having any outstanding markers (credit), and not being a security issue at any Caesars property. Guests at this level are the priority for all casino workers.

Seven Star guests are provided with priority lines and first available service at participating Caesars properties. Seven Stars members are also entitled to up to four nights complimentary at any Harrah's property, given at least 48 hours notice is provided. Also, Seven Stars receive 25% off spa services, and complimentary entry into spas and health clubs at Harrah's, as well as gift shops.

These guests are also entitled to one free trip to any Caesars property per year. Included is complimentary airfare, hotel stay, food, and television viewing. Alternatively, they may also take a complimentary annual cruise. All Seven Stars guests are entitled to complimentary hotel stays and television viewing (including adult entertainment) at any Harrah's property. Also, they are entitled to a birthday dinner at the property and restaurant of their choice, with up to three additional guests.

Furthermore, they are entitled to one complimentary spa service per year, up to $100 in value. There is also a separate booklet of merchandise only available for purchase by Seven Star guests, including luxury automobiles. Finally, all Seven Star members are eligible to have one companion member per year. These companion members are entitled to the same amenities as a regular Seven Star guest. However, they are excluded from redeeming the annual trip and other larger amenities. Other perks vary from property to property.
