Some of my readers may recall my rant against morons who talk on their cell-phones during a movie. Now I would like to discuss noisy cellphone abusers on the beach.

Yeah, that's right: noisy cellphone abusers on the beach.

One of my pet peeves is the almost constant use of mobile phones by people while driving, shopping, dining and in line at the supermarket, etc.

Doesn't anyone know how to say 'I'll call you right back'?

Well, it has gone beyond that now, with cellphone abuse occurring in relaxing getaway places such as at the beach. This is beyond being inconsiderate.

I was on the beach above recently and had to just sit there and listen to this woman for at least an hour while she talked on her cellphone and pranced back and forth in front of me.

It was so irritating.

I couldn't concentrate on my book.
