Obama Administration Finally Draws Red Line
No, I do not mean Obama has finally taken seriously Netanyahu's warning that a nuclear Iran is a medieval threat to global security (1). No, what I am talking about is the red line that no one in this country is allowed to cross: offending Muslims, even terrorists:

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man allegedly behind the inflammatory film "Innocence of Muslims," was ordered held without bail Thursday after being arrested in California and accused of violating his probation.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Dugdale told the judge that the man -- whom he referred to as Nakoula or Bassil -- had engaged in a "pattern of deception" and "a person who cannot be trusted."
Well, I have to say, if we are going to use that last statement as a standard for parole violation, then we might as well not put anyone on parole to begin with, no ex-con can be trusted.
I have no doubt the Obama administration made a call to the U.S. Attorney's office and demanded that they arrest this guy so that America could appear to be doing something about the recent insult to Muslims, see my article Innocence of Muslims Synopsis. Otherwise, why pick him up now? He's been monitored by the probation department for over a year without nary a complaint.
So while Iran is excused from any red lines in regard to their behavior, behavior which exposes the entire world to nuclear holocaust, this insignificant little flea of a man is instantly arrested so that the world can see that we are not afraid to draw red lines where they really matter - making sure no one ever has the audacity to take our freedom of speech seriously and insult Muslims.

A nuclear armed Iran is far different, Netanyahu pointed out, than a nuclear armed Russia. Netanyahu emphasized the striking distinction between the two ideologies of Iran and Soviet Russia:
