Putin Takes Obama for a Ride
Almost half of my readers come from outside the United States (48% to be exact - see ClustrMaps) and so to avoid any confusion they may have with American idioms, here is the definition of Take for a ride pertinent to the photo above: to deceive someone especially a gullible idiot.
