My wife wasn't feeling up to preparing for Thanksgiving dinner today, so I had to make four blueberry pies (why four? see my article How Long Should One Wait Before Eating Cooked Pie?), two turkeys, a French onion bean casserole, hot rolls, gravy, mashed potatoes with sour cream, turkey stuffing, and homemade cranberry sauce all by myself. Downstairs, my daughter-in-law Jen made the lasagna, sweet-potato casserole, garlic mashed potatoes and laid out the decorations, tables, glassware, dishes, and utensils for 17 guests.

So today's post will be brief. Simon R., one of my former employees sent me this gif of the best turkey breasts I have ever laid eyes upon and so I feel I must share with my readers:
