The Jew Earning Gap
It is time to right a wrong that has been going on for decades. There is a religious income inequality going on in this country and it is shameful: according to a study by the Pew Forum on Religious and Public Life (1) Jews are the highest-earning religious group in the United States, with 46% of Jews earning more than $100,000 every year while for non-Jews the overall US average was a measly 18%.
This can't be just an accident of statistics - this income gap between Jews and Gentiles is proof that employers in our country are discriminating against Gentiles. It is disgusting enough that Jews are egregiously over-represented in scientific Nobel Prize awards (1/500th of the world's population winning ⅕ of all Nobel Prizes), do they have to bogart most of the money in this country as well?
There is no excuse for this obvious racism and bigotry.

For first-time visitors who may not know, I am Jewish and I am not genuinely railing against income disparities of Jews vs Gentiles due to some imagined bigotry against Gentiles because, truth be told, there is no such bigotry. Jews make more money, not because employers want to lovingly hand them higher wages but because Jews have higher IQs, are better educated than most Gentiles, and were lucky enough to have parents who followed the Jewish tradition of rearing their children to think for themselves (2) - an indispensable trait for success in America.
So what if one group in this country makes more money than another - it doesn't signify discrimination. It is only discrimination if a Jew were paid more hourly for the exact same job, doing exactly the same amount of work as a Gentile. And even if an employer wants to pay someone more for exactly the same job, they can't - the Equal Pay Act of 1963 prohibits that. But we are not comparing a Jew or Gentile competing for the same job, we are comparing lifestyles. Jews pick better paying jobs because they can. There are probably more low-paid Gentile muleskinners in Tennessee than Jews of all job descriptions in Tennessee and that is why there is income disparity between the two groups - no bias, no racism, no bigotry.
If women, as a group, make less than men, it is because they work less than men and choose careers that enable them to live the lifestyle they want. Certainly women doing exactly the same work as men are not paid less - that's illegal and illogical. Companies in America are driven by profit - if they could get women to do the exact same work as men for less money, then there would be almost no men employed at all. The lie that the White House is pushing, that women earn 23% less for the exact same job as men is a myth and a scam (3) - the 23% less is computed over all jobs not an exact job for job comparison, just as Jews earning more then Gentiles is an overall average for all jobs - no discrimination.

In terms of annual earnings, the only other group to even come close to the average Jewish income was the Hindus, with 43 percent earning over $100,000. No other group reached even the 30 percent mark, and the overall US average was only 18 percent earning six-figure digits annually. The study, conducted by the Pew Forum on Religious and Public Life, also showed that, after Hindus, the Jews were the second most educated religious group in the US. 35 percent of Jews were found to have done at least some graduate work, as opposed to 48 percent amongst Hindus.

Jews are one of the American ethnic groups giving especially high value to family. Immigrants frequently came to the United States as extended families, if not all at once then strung out over months or years.

While differences are not great, Jews (and Controls) think it most important that children learn to think for themselves, and accord relatively low importance to obedience. This preference -- thinking for oneself over obedience – epitomizes the entrepreneurial, intellectual, and innovative spirit that is sometimes said to be the hallmark of American success.

Today is “Equal Pay Day,” the day that represents how far into 2014 the average American woman would have to keep working in order to earn what the average American man had earned in the previous year. Women earn 77 percent of what men do, we’re told. This must be caused by — I’ll give you three guesses — discrimination!
Of course, there is no 23% premium that men earn over women; the statistic is preposterous on its face — what firm wouldn’t instantly fire all its male employees and replace them with women in order to earn that kind of return?
