The United States as a Third World Craphole
I have reported on the scientific consensus that Africa today would be self-sufficient (not dependent on US food aid) and healthier (because there would be fewer people) if the world simply minded its own business.
What this teaches us is that Britain could have destroyed the American Independence movement in the late 1700s by simply sending free food. Instead of rioting against the Stamp Act, the colonists would have been demanding food stamps, so dependent on handouts that they would never have revolted.
The US then would have been just like Africa today, a destitute third-world craphole with a superabundance of resources but filled with a plenitude of unresourceful citizens.
It is so obvious that I am almost compelled not to bother pointing it out, but Obama is doing to America today what Britain could not do in 1776: destroy the American Spirit of Independence.
