District Attorney John Bradley is a Lying, DNA-Suppressing, Evidence-tampering, Lowlife Bastard
In my article Has Anyone Ever Been Found Innocent After Being Executed for Murder?, I reported on the case of Joseph Roger O'Dell III, who was executed in Virginia in 1997 for a rape and murder and whose DNA was destroyed by the Commonwealth of Virginia because it feared he might have been innocent.
Although the exculpatory DNA was destroyed after execution in the above case, I do not know for sure if the prosecutor hid that evidence during the trial. However, in the case of Michael Morton, a Texas man wrongfully imprisoned for 25 years for murdering his wife, we know for certain the prosecutor in that matter, Ken Anderson, positively knew that Morton was innocent as I wrote in my article Texas District Judge Ken Anderson is a Low-life, Lying Scumbag.
But worse than Ken Anderson is Texas prosecutor John Bradley who purposely suppressed exculpatory documents and delayed access to DNA evidence for six years, evidence which eventually proved Morton did not kill his wife.
Morton could have been released 6 years earlier but was denied access to DNA testing by Bradley who has a bias against the public learning that Texas has wrongfully imprisoned or, as in the Cameron Willingham case, absolutely, 100%, certainly executed an innocent man.
Worse, Bradley's stonewalling allowed the real killer, Mark Alan Norwood, to roam free. His handling of the Michael Morton case possibly contributed to his defeat in the Republican primary for Williamson County district attorney in May 2012, a post he had held for a decade.
If you want to see what an evil, lowlife piece of shit looks like, the photo above of Bradley should suffice.
So when you hear from some death penalty advocate that DNA testing will now ensure that no innocent person is ever executed, be aware that many prosecutors like Bradley usually withhold, hide, or destroy such evidence.
