As many of you know, Tim Cook is the first openly gay CEO of a Fortune 500 listed company. So it was completely understandable why he would slam Indiana's new controversial "religious freedom" law. What was not understandable was why Tim Cook never complained about gays being hanged in countries that Apple does business in such as Iran [Apple is currently trying to get a license to do business there], Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia.
Well, now that has all changed. Apple today announced that they would no longer do business in any country which is intolerant toward homosexuals and lesbians. That is, Apple iPhones and other Apple products would no longer be sold or distributed in any Muslim country. And in a surprise move, all Apple manufacturing in China will cease in 30 days.
Don't believe me? Just because today is April Fool's Day?
