Ben Carson Right About Holocaust and Guns

First let me mention that prior to Hitler gaining power in Germany, that country's gun laws were already much stricter than most of ours. Moron Liberal Jews today in America will tell you that Jews in Germany prior to Hitler were not well-armed and so could not have defended themselves against Nazi aggression anyway.
What Hitler did do however was to make it possible for ordinary Germans to get guns while preventing Jews who wanted guns from getting them. So while many leftists will argue that gun control had nothing to do with the holocaust, they ignore the fact that while Hitler was rising in power and violence against Jews were increasing, Jews who could see the writing on the wall were prevented from arming themselves while their fellow citizens were not similarly restricted.
So while it is true that Hitler did make gun controls less restrictive for non-Jews, his actions against Jews and other undesirables were made easier by Germany's already restrictive gun control laws prior to his rise to power, and then became even easier by excluding Jews from those less restrictive laws.
No one could have taken control of Germany if that country had a well-armed citizenry, nor would Jews have meekly hopped into gas chambers if all of them were packing pistols.

Ben Carson is quite correct when he suggests that 6 million Jews would not have been slaughtered if they had easy access to guns.
It is true that gun control does not necessarily lead to genocide, however genocide is harder to accomplish when the citizenry is well-armed -- much harder. That's all Ben Carson is saying.
