Borders: Please don`t hurt me Muslim Man - oh pleeeease from Planck's Constant

If Borders Books announced that they would not stock Adolph Hitler's Mein Kamph for fear of Jewish thugs firebombing their stores, I would have been insulted as a Jew and would have demanded they put the book on the shelves, assuring them that no such thing would happen.

Of course, no Muslim complained that Borders Books basically insulted an entire religion as being intolerant, violent, and homicidal ¹.

One can google "muslims repudiate Borders books decision" or "muslims object to Borders books" or "muslims insulted by Borders books" and come up completely empty-handed. Anybody out there know of any Muslim outrage at Borders for calling them homicidal maniacs?

There will be those who say Borders Books has the right to make a decision based on fear of being firebombed and that we should not boycott it. Borders wants to survive. Why should it be penalized?

Let me tell you why Borders should be closed down and all of its employees laid off and sent home.

First let me say that Borders is free to stock whatever books or magazines that it wants. However, this recent decision of theirs emboldens others to intimidate other book stores and retail outlets. In the old West when the wagons circled it was to protect themselves. If a lone wagoneer decided to surrender and open a hole to the enemy he would rightfully have been shot.

We have to let every business in America know that if it capitulates to Islam then that business needs to be shut down. Better to remove the bad apple... you know the cliche.

American companies like XEROX and Pfizer are blocking bloggers who have the audacity to report on the barbarism of Islam.

In all these craven capitulations to Muslim intolerance, they each further the jihadist cause. American Digest has an excellent spoof of a letter from the CEO of Borders explaining why they shit in their pants.

We might as well close Borders down now since when Islam eventually takes over the world there will be no need for any bookstores. There are only two books necessary in Islam: The Quran for Muslims and Islam for Dummies. Go to the Muslim section of Borders today, are there any books on Muslim science-fiction, Muslim fashion, Muslim Sports, Muslim Entertainment, Muslim Detective Stories, Muslim anything else?

I am certain Borders doesn't do five bucks worth of business with Muslims yet is ready to insult and inconvenience 99.9999999% of the rest of their customers. Is there anything more pathetic? Borders has bowed to Dhimmitude without a shot fired.

Because Free Inquiry had the temerity to splash the cartoons on its inside pages. You know — them, the images which can’t be shown, or else spontaneous combustion appears in Pakistan. Borders and Waldenbooks stores will not stock the April-May issue of Free Inquiry magazine because it contains cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad that provoked deadly protests among Muslims in several countries.
