Not Every Sex Act is a Sexual Offense from Planck's Constant

Eighteen months ago ago I wrote an article "Young Children cannot be sexual predators" describing the lunacy of certain school administrators that suspended 4- and 5-year olds for 'sexual harassment'. Obviously children this young cannot be guilty of sexual harassment. The school officials who think so are the real perverts.

In my April 2006 article "Female Sexual Predator - oxymoron" I wrote that female teachers who have sex with 15 and 16 year old boys should not be charged with sexual predator crimes and be forced to register as sex offenders. As inappropriate and wrong as it may be, it is not a sex attack if the boy consented. As I wrote in the comment section:

There's a difference between girls and boys. When a 15 yr old girl is taken advantage of there are consequences: A hymen is broken; a pregnancy could result, there may be life-long shame. The girl will need to be seduced and persuaded to have sex. It is every father's nightmare.

When a 15 yr old boy is taken advantage of there is no breaking of hymen, he cannot get pregnant, and instead of shame, he is high-fived in the school hallways. Certainly no persuasion or arm-twisting is necessary in the boy's case. I doubt it's any father's nightmare.

When a sexy female takes advantage of a 15 year old boy, it's like someone breaking into my house and leaving a pile of gold bars in my living room. Sure, they broke some law, but it's a crime I wish happened to me every day.

Women teachers who abuse their position of trust and have sex with students should be fired, but really now, years in prison for a crime that every young teenager dreams and wishes would happen to him?

A few days ago I read a sickening story in the Advice Goddess Blog of a young boy of 16 whose life was ruined because he had sex with a 13 year old girl who lied to him about her age. He is now required to register as an aggravated lifetime sex offender. Here is a young person who is absolutely no threat to young children, is not a molester, and should never have been charged with a sex crime.

Do we really want to clog up our sex offender registries with people who in their youth were falsely accused of a sex crime? Would anyone lose any sleep if we kept off the names of women teachers who pose no real violent threat against the community?

If we aren't careful we will soon be required to get a license to have sex where the government validates the ages and consensual status of those involved. Any other unauthorized attempt at sex will be considered a sexual offense. Yeah laugh. I remember when children could smile at each other without the anti-flirt Nazis barging in and charging sexual harassment. We have gone too far.
