The Difference Between Jewish and Muslim Hoaxers from Planck's Constant

Amr, one of my Muslim readers left a comment to my post The Vatican Should be Forgiven for the Pro-Gaza Statements calling my article a hoax and citing as example the case of Herman Rosenblat and his memoir "Angel at the fence" which it turns out was largely fabricated.

I blogged the Rosenblat story last year and when the truth came out last month I updated my blog post so that new readers of the article would not be misled.

Yes, Virginia, there are Jews in this world who are not a light unto the nations. Jews have eyes and hands, organs and dimensions, senses and passions just as anyone else. Jews are hurt and healed, warmed and cooled by the same winter and summer just as anyone else. And being human they sometimes do bad things. Reader Amr brings to our attention something that was already widely bruited about, in America because it is another hoax tied to Oprah Winfrey, in Europe because it simultaneously satisfies anti-American envy and anti-Semitic hatred, and in Islamic countries because feeds the Jew-hatred of the hungry masses of Muslims.

There is nothing more enjoyable to the Muslim ear than to hear about Jews who do bad things. Despite their billion plus population, Muslims have made only paltry contributions to modern civilization (1) while Jews, despite their meager 19 million population, have made great and numerous inventions and discoveries (2). So I understand their joy in seeing a Jew fall or be disgraced.

While Amr delights himself with the notion that bad Jews exist (who said we're perfect?), he fails to realize how absurd he sounds with his "Aha, I found an evil Jew!" What Amr will not mention is that Jews are the least criminal class of any group in America. On the other hand, European countries with growing Muslim populations have found that Muslims tend to be their largest class of criminals. In Sweden and Norway, for example, there is a Muslim Rape Epidemic, honor killings in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and... Oh Hell, actually it would be easier to list countries where Muslims are not the main cause of crime. It is no accident that Jose Padilla is an American Muslim convert or that most blacks in prison convert to Islam - it is the perfect religion for criminal behavior. Although the Feds are afraid to release the statistics that Muslims in prison are 9 times higher than their percentage of the population, some information can be gleaned from individual state prisons:

Experts believe the largest numbers in state prisons can be found in New York, where Muslims comprise roughly 18 percent of the 63,700 inmates; Pennsylvania, where the figure is about 18 percent out of 41,100; and California, where state officials don't tally religious affiliation but the figure could easily be in the thousands.

The bottom line is that the percentage of American Muslims in prison is almost certainly higher than it is in the general population, where the number of Muslims could be as high as 6 million, or roughly 2 percent.

The number of Jews in prison? 1 out of thousand.

Yes, Amr, there are a few bad Jews who swindle money out of people. On the other hand, when Muslims are bad nothing matches their barbarity.

Amr brings up Herman Rosenblat to show that Jews are evil and while he cries over the "genocide" of a few hundred Palestinians in Gaza he conveniently ignores 300,000 Africans who have lost their lives to Arab genocide in the past six years [Sudan Tribune]. Yes, Arab Muslims cry over a few deaths because those are caused by Jews, yet hide the fact that they themselves are engaged in a true Holocaust in Darfur.

Amr mentions a few Jews who have committed white collar crimes while ignoring the tens of thousands of savage Muslim attacks against humanity.

Yes, Amr, keeping searching for a Jew or two who did bad things. That should convince everyone that the Israelis are unjustified in retaliating against Hamas in Gaza. "A handful of bad Jews" = "All Jews are vicious, evil animals" Perfect Muslim logic.

A Jewish hoax may deceive a number of people, but the greatest hoax of all is pushed by Muslims; I'm talking about the hoax that Islam is the Religion of Peace.
