I have in previous articles stated that Israel is the most moral army in the world. In fact, Israel cares more about the Palestinian people in Gaza than Hamas does.
As corroboration, a British Hero tells the U.N. Council that the IDF is the most moral army in history of warfare.

No materials for rebuilding are allowed in, and education and industry continue to be stifled. Imagine if I fired home-made bullets into your home 300 times a week. When the police come, they ask if anyone was killed; you reply that one of your children died a few weeks ago, but since you have barricaded yourself to protect against further deaths, no one was killed this week.

Before World War I there were no posters on American walls asking for the destruction of Germany. Before World War II very few Americans cared about the Japanese one way or another. Once we were at War, no one found it offensive that we portrayed our enemy as a subhuman that should be utterly destroyed. You cannot win a war being a nice guy.

Of course, if a cartoonist has to pick a side, it's much safer to be anti-Israel than anti-Hamas. Oliphant could live in Tel Aviv without fear of his life for that cartoon. But if he made fun of Hamas, in what Muslim area of the world would he be safe? So when he depicts Israel as being as dangerous as Nazis, he knows that to be a lie; the only people who should fear Israelis are those that attack Israel with force of arms.

The Jewish Holocaust is now and [sic] event of the past. The NEW Holocaust is of the Palestinians." We are presented with a collage of left and right images purporting to show the similarities between the Nazis and present day Israelis.

Trekkies will easily recall Star Trek - The Original Series, Episode 70: Let That Be Your Last Battlefield where we find two aliens aboard the Enterprise who, to Captain Kirk, seem to be members of the same race but who racially hate each other. When Kirk asks what's the difference between them, the second alien, whose face is white on the left side and therefore superior, explains, "Isn't it obvious? Lokai is white on the right side. Reader jFp has commented a few times wondering why the Jews didn't settle in Uganda instead of Israel given all the hostile opposition to allowing Jews to have a homeland in the Holy Land. jFp is also under the misapprehension that many Jews were in favor of the British offer known as the "Uganda Program" . Actually it was completely rejected by the Zionist Congress one year after Herzl's death in 1904.

There are anywhere from 20,000 to 40,000 Hamas soldiers. There are 1.5 million innocent civilians. Even if you are a complete moron you should be able to do the following math. 40,000 divided by 1.5 million is 1 soldier for every 37.5 civilians. So if one simply dropped a bomb in gaza and blindly killed 1200 people there would be 32 Hamas soldiers and 1168 innocent civilians. Even the UN, the best friend Hamas can have, estimates that 25% of the dead are civilians.

Since the Gaza War started London's Metropolitan Police says it has recorded an increase in anti-Semitism in London. Thankfully some British Muslims have denounced those attacks. The leaders said that British Jews "should not be held responsible" for Israel's actions in Gaza. As much as I appreciate that there is some humanity among UK Muslims, it is still disappointing that these same people in the past eight years have not denounced Hamas for bombing schools, hospitals, temples and civilians in Israel.

Katie over at Monkey in the Middle informs us that PETA has started a campaign to call fish "sea kittens" as part of its push to restrict fishing. PETA is using the campaign to entice people to sign a petition calling on the US Fish and Wildlife Service to stop promoting "the hunting of sea kittens (otherwise known as fishing)".

Members of the Flying Dragons, a Manhattan Chinatown gang, upset with the cops of the 5th Precinct, specifically the Police Department's Asian Gang Intelligence Unit, decide to torment those cops by lobbing M69 practice hand grenades through the precinct windows. The grenades are harmless, after a few seconds they emit a small puff of white smoke and make a loud popping noise that scares the bejesus out of the cops. Even after the cops realize that the previous grenades are harmless, they can never be sure if a real one were to be thrown in.
