Almost every item can easily be validated as an Internet hoax, rumor, or urban myth by checking with the various debunking websites such as Snopes.com and urbanlegends.about.com. But those who forward these emails do not want the letter exposed as an urban legend, they want to believe it to be true.

One would think that after 9/11, after tens of thousands of Muslim attacks in the word that statements like this would not be tolerated by the local citizenry. The minimum we should expect is some sort mobilization by the Jewish Anti-defamation league against this store owner.
