There are a few things you will never see Director Emmerich destroying in his films: mosques, Islamic holy cities, or the Kaaba. In his new film, we see many buildings and statues of various religions being destroyed except for one particular religion: Islam. Seems Emmerich and his producer/co-writer Harald Kloser, originally considered including Mecca in the world-wide destruction but then chickened out.

Sometimes I get an email from a reader who thinks he needs to point out that only a small, particular, extreme sect of Islam is involved in actual terrorist acts and that all the other denominations of Islam are peaceful and harmless; that it is misguided to blame all of Islam for the crimes of the very, very few.

Let us first dispose of the idea that I dislike Muslims. I only dislike Muslims who follow their religion. There is nothing wrong with Muslims in name only like Muslim Nobel Prize Winner Ahmed Hassan Zewail who actually contribute positively to the modern world. Muslims who are 100% faithful to Islamic precepts are, on the other hand, dangerous to western civilization

Young Blacks are caught in a Catch-22: they can't get jobs because they don't have a good education, because they can't get jobs they turn to crime, because so many end up in prison they can't get jobs when they get out, because they father children just before going to prison, their children grow up in fatherless, poverty-racked households (you can't rightly call them homes); partly because of that environment, their children's educational opportunities are impacted negatively, then because of poor education and the high numbers of Blacks in prison and their lack of zeal in participating in "white" America, those children cycle through the exact same scenario as their fathers.

In the current financial crisis but for the Community Reinvestment Act there would not have been trillions of dollars of worthless mortgages, nor would AIG have insured those worthless mortgage packages, nor would banks be holding toxic assets.

That is the problem with Islam. Islam is growing faster than any other religion, not because of its beauty, but because of its barbarity. The Pope is now in The Jordan telling everyone how beautiful Islam is. I'm sure the Pope has asked God's forgiveness for making such an outright lie, but he cannot tell the truth for fear of offending Muslims because too many Christians will be killed otherwise.

It starts off innocently enough, You are sniffling and sneezing so you decide to take W (I don't want to mention brand names of medicines that might label my post as spam), which contains Pseudo-ephedrine. You get rid of the sniffles, but unfortunately one of the side effects is insomnia. So for insomnia you take Y, a popular Sedative-hypnotic, which helps you sleep, but your face becomes swollen and you develop a skin rash.
