Muslims would like infidels to accept two mutually exclusive notions: one, that Islam is a sister religion to Christianity and Judaism because the Quran is based on the Torah and the Gospels; and two, that the Torah and the Gospels that exist today are corruptions of the original holy texts.

Truce, to civilized peoples, means that both sides wish to stop the killing and perhaps find a negotiated solution. Truce, to uncivilized peoples, and by uncivilized peoples I mean Muslims, means buying time to rebuild until the next assault.

It is tough being a Muslim, living isolated and unassimilated in a country for decades and still not able to understand the basic speech patterns or vocabulary of your host country. Add to that the normal stupidity of growing up under Islamic teachings and you end up with signs like those in the photo here.

There are Muslims of every nationality: Egyptian, Indonesian, British; of every race: Negro, Asian, Caucasian; members of many cultures and inhabiting every continent on this planet. Eventually of course, there will only be Muslims in this world, but that's not important at the moment. The topic today is that Muslim diversity makes it impossible for someone to blame Muslims for any of their barbaric practices.

One of the great taqiyyas broadcast by Muslims is that they believe in the Torah of the Jews and the Gospels of the Christians. If fact, they believe in neither. According to Muslims, at the time of Mohammed, the Holy Books of the Jews and Christians were corruptions and inaccurate representations of the original works.

if Muslims were telling the truth then there are over a million Muslims in this country that feel that "suicide bombing and other forms of violence against civilian targets are justified in order to defend Islam from its enemies."

Muslims protest that the West allows publications to print the truth even though it may offend someone. On the other hand, Muslims have no problem with the publishing of lies that offend non-Muslims.

A few days after 9/11 the pro-Palestinian Islamic TV Station Al-Manar spread the lie that 4,000 Israelis (later changed to 4,000 Jews) were warned by the Shabak, the Israel Security Agency, to stay away from work that day, implying of course, that Shabak either had a hand in its planning, or at least knew of it in advance and did not warn other Americans. Actually, about 10% of those killed were in fact Jews, reflecting in general the same ethnic percentage of those working in the World Trade Center at the time.

Except for the desire to institute barbaric, primitive, savage, medieval, totalitarian, theocratic law in the United States, Europe and the rest of the world, beside these minor differences, Islam is just like any other religion.

A court in Chad today sentenced six French aid workers to eight years of forced labour. I have no problem with the sentence, these sick do-gooders deserve eighty years of hard labour for trying to bring Africans into Europe

So when moderate Muslims point to verses showing how peaceful Islam is, they are quite right. When they point to verses showing how tolerant Islam is toward other religions, they are quite right.
